Using materials that improve over time

This stunning new build home was specifically designed to improve over time. The materials it's built with change colour with weathering, so they enhance the natural setting even more as they get older. Planning permission was granted by Cornwall Council last year, thanks in no small part to the excellent architectural design of Lilly Lewarne Architects.
